LiaoNing ZhongWang Group Company Limited is a famous large-scale and modern aluminum profile production enterprise in China. The Company has total assets of RMB 7.9 billion with more than 3,200 working staff. The annual capacity of aluminum profile is 500,000 tons. It mainly produces all types of aluminum profiles for residential construction, industrial uses and usages from other trades. It was recognized as a large-scale national enterprise by the six National Ministries and Commissions.
The Company now owns 66 extruding production lines, 6 anodizing lines, 4 electrophoretic coating lines imported from Japan, 7 vertical electrostatic powder coating lines imported from ABB Company in Italy, 1 fluorocarbon liquid coating line, 2 horizontal electrostatic polyester powder coating lines imported from ITW Gema Company from Switzerland, 3 thermal-breaking lines aluminum profile production from Switzerland, 3 wood effect aluminum profile production lines from Italy, 2 aluminum profile reciprocating polishing machines from Spain and 5 mechanical sand-blasting machines. The tonnages for the extruders are 495UT, 660UT, 880UT, 1,250UT and 2,000UT. Imported machines and equipments are used in the processes such as casting, extruding, surface treatment, inspecting and packaging. For the thermal-setting polyester powder coating lines and fluorocarbon liquid coating line, the annual capacity is able to reach 120,000 tons. For the electrophoretic coating lines from Japan, the annual capacity is able to attain 40,000 tons. General production capacity for residential construction reaches 300,000 tons.
In the area of industrial profiles, the Company now owns 2750UT, 3150UT, 3600UT, 5500UT, 7500UT, 12500UT large presses and 6 large scale casting ovens to develop and produce huge containers, light rail frames, aero and marine aluminum profiles, industrial use pressure containers, liquid controllers, heat distributors, tubes, sheets, belts, bars, threads, etc. The company’s industrial profile production level reaches international standards and the general annual capacity of industrial profiles is 200,000 tons.
The Company possesses its own Quality Inspection Center and Dies Designing Center with international high level equipments (or instruments), which enables the Company to design and develop its own new products. In 2003, the China Nonferrous Metal Manufacturing Industry Association credited the Company as one of ‘China’s Top Ten Aluminum Profile Enterprises.’ In the same year, the ZhongWang aluminum alloy construction profile products brand was appraised as ‘Quality Testing Exempt Products’ by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China. In 2004, the ZhongWang brand of aluminum alloy construction profiles was awarded by China’s Nonferrous Metal Manufacturing Industry Association with the ‘Gold Cup Champion in Quality Nonferrous Metal Products.’ The State Administration for Industry and Commerce confirmed that the ZhongWang brand was a ‘China’s well-known trademark’. In the same year, ZhongWang’s aluminum alloy construction profile brand was awarded the Certificate for the ‘First Group of China Top Brands’ by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China.
